The scale of rental demand is now the highest on record

 

The rental market has seen unprecedented demand over the last 19 months, causing demand levels to reach record highs.

 

For the second month running, there has been a record number of prospective tenants registering, with the number of new tenants at 107 per branch.

 

Rental properties are seeing a huge influx of interest, particularly as restrictions are easing and tenants are returning to the city centres, and with the continual supply-to-demand imbalance reaching boiling point, this has elevated the average rent to record levels, with properties being snapped up in record time too.
