Sandbach Lettings

Sandbach Lettings Department was established in 2008 when Stephenson Browne Ltd expanded from its originating town of Alsager into Sandbach. The Lettings department worked out of the Sales office positioned in the enviable location on High Street with in the conservation area. As the business has grown over the years both departments required their own space and Sandbach Lettings required its own premises dedicated solely to the busy life of lettings . We were lucky enough to secure the neighbouring premises on High Street from where we have been positioned since 2018. There is parking available within easy walking distance of the office and the small historic market town offers something for everyone.

We have a spacious office with plenty of room to work securely whilst offering open spaces to welcome landlords and tenants for advice and meetings. The office is run by an expert friendly team who offer professional and expert advice.
