Lettings Consultant - Alsager


Stephenson Browne are recruiting for our busy lettings office in Alsager. The leading agent in the area, as we look to continue to grow, a full time lettings consultant is required. Whilst experience would be a bonus, it is not necessarily essential, as training will be given. Ultimately, we are after the right personality and attitude to succeed. A driving licence is essential though with use of a company pool car provided. One Saturday in three to be worked, day off in lieu by return.

Property Consultant


We are on the lookout for confident and motivated individuals to join our team. The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales. You must be able to generate mortgage and conveyancing leads. In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with clients so delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone is vital. It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. Working hours are Monday - Friday and every other Saturday with a day off in the week.

Inventory and Property Inspection Clerk

Stephenson Browne are on the look out for a Inventory and Property Inspection Clerk for our successful and busy lettings team, covering the ST area. This is a new role and we will be considering all applications. Good admin skills and a clean driving licence are essential. Hours of the role can potentially be flexible but will need to suit the needs of the business. This can be discussed further at interview stage however when submitting your application, an indication of desired work hours would be appreciated.
