GetAgent is an Estate Agent Comparison Website that strives to connect homeowners with the best Property Agents in their area. 

To identify the Top Performers, GetAgent collates and processes data directly from the Land registry, as well as the major property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. Each agent is then assessed against 3 core performance metrics:

Percentage of the original asking price achieved

Average sale time

Number of properties listed in the past 6 months.

 

GetAgent’s proprietary algorithm then combines these performance metrics, with the asking price achieved statistic being the most heavily weighted, to determine the very best estate agent in each postal area across the UK.
