Stamp Duty Holiday Unveiled

It has been announced that the Stamp Duty threshold is being increased to £500,000 until March 2021. According to the treasury, this means that "nearly 9 out 10 people getting on or moving up the property ladder will pay no stamp duty at all".
We believe this to be even more good news to the already buoyant property market following our offices reopening on the 26th May, with this news showing that now is just a good of a time as any to think about moving home
