An increase in Housing Supply leads to a rise in Agreed Sales.

According to an article that has been published on Property Industry Eye , the property market is seeing a slight increase in the housing market, which is leading to the number of sales being agreed also increasing.

In the article which has been produced alongside Property Mark who is one of the regulating bodies in estate agencies goes on to say

“The number of sales being agreed in March is slightly above our recorded long-term average and the uplift in properties coming to market is a trend we would hope to see continue into April and May.”

While on a whole the stock levels across the country are at an all-time low, this slight uptick could be an indicator of things to come and is expected to continue into May.
