Stephenson Browne opens the door to a cutting edge website

Stephenson Browne this week revealed its new, eagerly anticipated website. The design and concept has been growing for a number of months with many pre launch trials and background client feedback before the official switch over.

Tony Browne comments:-

"Our research and that of National statistics shows that around 80% of initial enquiry comes from the internet when searching for houses. In a time when many agents are cutting back on quality we felt it was a good time to step ahead once more.

Many large corporate estate agents have very low budget websites but still want to charge approaching double the fee for selling your home.

Having a low quality, off the peg website sends a poor message to buyers about your property and often leads to a poor first impression."
