Over the last couple of years selling properties by auction has become a very large part of the general market and using this powerful strategy could get you the result you need in the quickest time. There is a definite type of property that sells within auction conditions and that type has to offer two things: 1. A very atttractive guide price where a buyer could add value or 2.
